If you’ve been watching Im A Celeb since it kicked off last week, you’ll be very familiar with the stritch rations that they are on when they aren’t successful at bushtucker trials.

And now it has been said that some of the celebs are seriously losing weight because of this new diet.

Emily Atack was delighted with her weight loss on Sunday’s show saying that she’d have “more room” to work with for Christmas.

And in total, celebs have lost around four stone because of the beans and rice style meals.

A source told The Sun that: “We believe between them the campmates have lost around four stone. What the celebs are eating is very healthy, from veg to meat protein and fish and that is absorbed quickly by the body.”

“The weight loss doesn’t do any permanent damage, and most pile it back on within three weeks, especially in the build-up to Christmas.

“The celebs see it as a detox, although at the time it’s very difficult as they have nothing to distract from the hunger.”

The celebs are also drinking much more water to keep hydrated in the Australian weather.

According to News.Com.au: “Celebrities live off daily basic diet rations of 25 grams of oats, 45 grams of beans, 50 grams of rice, 200 grams of vegetables and two tablespoons of oil.”

It has been described as a hectic diet mixed with a hectic lifestyle hence such drastic changes.
