Insane Videos Show Huge Earthquake Hitting Mexico City And Buildings Collapsing

A major 7.1 force earthquake has hit Mexico city and videos show the city in a state of emergency with fires, people trying to escape and buildings collapsing. 

This is the 2nd earthquake to hit Mexico in the last 10 days.
