It’s not strange for a pub to change its name.
Pubs get new ownership and sometimes a change is wanted.
It takes a while to get used to but after a while, you’ll begin to forget what it was called.
But this Irish pub’s name change has left people feeling that they “might lose a customer or two”

“’Ere, landlord. This pint is missing it’s head’. ‘What do you expect us to do?'”
“Don’t know their history too well…”
“Do they not know what Cromwell did to the Irish?”
“That should be good for business.”
