According to weather experts the spring equinox lasts from yesterday, Monday March 20, until tomorrow, Wednesday March 22, meaning spring has officially arrived.
Even without being told, it’s pretty easy to figure that out by ourselves.
I mean, the Paddy’s Day celebrations are well and truly past us and hangovers have just about subsided so surely its safe to say that it’s now officially springtime?
No. Ireland being Ireland, its decided to surprise with a good old blast of snow just to keep us on our toes while we were just about putting our winter clothes away.
People around the country have been taking to social media to share pictures of the winter wonderlands they were met with today. On the morning of March bloody 21.
