That warm festive feeling you’re experiencing could actually be moths flying around your insides.
As preparation in households across Ireland gets underway for the mammoth event that is Christmas dinner, there’s a certain stuffing mix that you better make sure isn’t a part of your festive spread.
Tesco supermarkets have urgently recalled a batch of their Tesco Finest Cranberry & Apple Stuffing, amidst worries that there could be moths in the mix.
As per the The Food Safety Authority of Ireland website, the batch ” is being recalled due to the possible presence of moths”.

As per the alert, recall notices will be displayed at point-of-sale.
Customers who have already bought a pack from the batch have been advised to return the product to a branch of the supermarket, where they will be given a refund. No receipt is required.
So far, no explanation has been provided as to how the moths ended up inside the stuffing mix.
Sincerest apologies if we’ve put you off that herby, comforting turkey and stuffing sambo you’ve been craving for lunch.
