A recent trend that has taken Ireland by storm in the pampering world is being offered a little prosecco or gin and tonic in the salon.
Heading to the barbers? You'll more than likely be sipping on beer or whiskey as you settle down to get your stylish fade.
Those drinks could soon be banned however, according to The Irish Independent, who reports that the new Public Health (Alcohol) Bill is hoped to be passed later this year, banning the supply of alcohol where it's offered for free.
Campaigners for reducing Ireland's alcohol consumption are also pointing the finger at bottomless brunches for normalising excessive drinking in the country.
