AmyBell

We all seen the devastation that followed after the floods in Donegal last week.

Now much loved Irish singer, Daniel O’Donnell, is getting involved alongside other country artists in hosting a charity gig to raise the much needed funds for victims who had their homes, businesses and land damaged.

The Donegal native took to Facebook last night to announce his involvement in the gig.

Daniel responded to local woman, Deirdre Grant, who through Facebook wanted to try organise a fundraising event.

The Flood Aid for Inishowen gig will take place in the Aura Centre in Letterkenny this Sunday (September 3rd) at 3pm.

Daniel will be joined on stage by Nathan Carter, Johnny Brady, Declan Nearney, Dominic and Barry Kirwan with the house band.

Tickets are on sale through local outlets in the area and at the Aura Centre for €30. Some tickets will become available during the week through Ticketmaster.

All of the proceeds from the gig will go to the Red Cross to help flood victims and all of the artists have offered to perform free of charge.

They’re all super sound.
