Emergency services are at the scene of a fire which has broken out at Primark in Belfast City Centre.
The blaze started at around 11am on the top floor of the five-storey building. The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service is advising the public to avoid the Castle Street and Royal Avenue areas.

According to the BBC, the building is currently undergoing a major refurbishment.
