Developer Gerry Barret’s ‘Bonham Dock Ltd’ will submit plans with Galway City Council today for a €25 million student village.
The ‘Queen Street’ village will be part of the future ‘Bonham Quay’ located in the new Galway Docks urban quarter and will include 345 ensuite bedrooms for students, according to the Connacht Tribune.
The Bonham Quay regeneration project will open up an entirely new area of the city’s waterfront where the Topaz oil tanks once sat.
We can picture it already… and wouldn’t mind moving in here ourselves.
