The Who Have Announced Details Of Massive Irish Gig

Sarah Finnan

The legendary English rock band have just announced details of a massive Ireland and UK arena tour, complete with full orchestra.

This coincides with the release of their brand-new album, set to hit shelves on November 22.

Their new album entitled Who is the band’s first in 13 years. Ball And Chain is the first single to be released off the album, which will be available on limited edition double vinyl, on CD and cassette (such nostalgia) as well as digitally of course.

New tracks cover subjects such as the Grenfell Tower fire, musical theft and spirituality to name but a few, and according to singer Roger Daltrey it is amongst their strongest work yet. “I think we’ve made our best album since Quadrophenia in 1973”.
