A Famous London Cocktail Bar Is Coming To Cork For One Night Only

Summer is here so it’s time to celebrate with a few cocktails in hand.

If you’re looking for something a little out of the ordinary from your local, there’s some really fun and exciting events happening over the next few months.

On June 27th, internationally renowned London cocktail bar, Callooh Callay will be hosting a pop-up in Cork bar, Cask.

Callooh Callay from Shoreditch is causing quite a storm in the cocktail world right now. It’s featured in “The World’s 50 Best Bars” and recently won the title of “Best International High Volume Cocktail Bar”, so this is the ideal opportunity to try some top class drinks from some of the best bartenders in the game.

If you’re a gin lover, try the Radishing Lady. Made from Tanqueray, radish, créme de Mure, triple sec, strawberry, lemon and egg whites A.K.A the dream.

This is the first of many special bar takeovers in Cask over the next three months.

Bar manager and chief mixologist, Andy Ferreira explained:

“Callooh Callay was the perfect fit to kick off our summer season of visits from internationally recognised bars. It’s a chance for the Cork public to taste some amazing drinks first and foremost but also a great opportunity for those who work in the industry to learn from the best.”
