A car caught fire in a busy Bray car park this morning.
The car was parked alongside other cars when the fire broke out in the hot weather.
As first reported by Dublin Live, a witness said the fire brigade was attempting to get to the fire but was stuck in traffic nearby.
"I was just driving past when I saw all this smoke and a big fire."
"The bonnet was up in flames and the tyres were after blowing out. I imagine it must have been the heat that started the fire."
No one was in the car when the fire started.
The car park is situated very close to Bray boxing club where Katie Taylor's father, Pete Taylor, was shot along with two other men yesterday.
