The Weather Across Ireland This Weekend Actually Isn’t Looking Too Bad

AmyBell

It’s officially December and the festive season is well and truly upon us.

While we have been waking up to the freezing cold weather and frost, it looks like the weather is going to be quite mild this weekend.

Frost and ice will clear across the country this morning and it will be a mostly bright and dry day with the highs of 5 to 7 degrees.

Met Éireann forecast that although there might be an odd light shower or two today, things will clear this evening with temperatures reaching up to 4 degrees – which is not too cold compared to the last number of nights.

Saturday will be cloudy with, “the occasional patchy light rank and drizzle” with a moderate northwest wind. There will be some small amounts of frost that will clear by Sunday morning.

While Sunday will be dry and settled with the chance of light showers. There will be a touch of frost at nighttime with some mist and fog especially in Munster and Ulster.
