PIC: ‘Ryanair Holiday’ Competition On Facebook Is A Complete Scam And Everyone’s Falling For It

Darragh Berry

Even on a good day, you’d have to get up pretty early in the morning in order to catch us out.

In the days of Facebook competition for All-Ireland Final tickets, free drink giveaway and all that jazz, people will share anything in the hope of getting something for free.

And, that’s what happened when a fake Ryanair Holiday’s page told people that they were giving away a holiday of a lifetime for free.

Ryanair Holidays Fake

“Announcement: We’ve had a family of four cancel an all-inclusive holiday in Bora Bora at the last minute and now have an empty space for four. We typically wouldn’t do this but we will be giving away this FREE HOLIDAY to someone who has shared and commented within 48 hours!

The holiday includes round-trip flights. Message us for more details.”

That’s what the message reads and in just over 24 hours, it has had thousands upon thousands of likes, comments and shares with people pleading their case about why they should be picked.

“I think I should get the parachute because I’m great. In fact, I think I should get both of them in case one doesn’t work.”

That sort of pleading.

Anyway the bloody thing is fake ye innocent fools. Wanna know why because this is the real Ryanair Holidays page and this is the fake one with the competition.

The real one also has a verified tick.

Don’t get fooled.
