Ruth Negga, Dohmnall Gleeson and Ciarán Hinds have all been invited to become members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

This means that they will be a part of the Oscars Class of 2017, according to RTÉ, something only the truly talented are a part of.

They will be allowed vote on Oscar nominees each year, giving the nominees an Irish outlook.

They’re not the only Irish on the list, however.

Saoirse Ronan, Bono and Michael Fassbender are already part of the prestigious panel.

They are among 774 invitees this year.

Congrats guys.
