- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 carrot

Boil your quinoa in 1/2 cup water, for about 10-15 minutes.
Grate the carrot with a box grater.
Mix the carrot and quinoa together in a bowl, until they're perfectly blended.
Spread the carrot and quinoa mixture evenly onto the wrap.
Layer the sundried tomatoes on top of the mixture. After placing the spinach on top, drizzle your wrap with Dairygold Original Deli.
Definitely worth the few minutes prep-time.
