- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 carrot
- 1 wrap
- Handful of sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup spinach

Layer the sundried tomatoes on top of the mixture. After placing the spinach on top, drizzle your wrap with Dairygold Original Deli.
