A male cyclist was seriously injured in a collision involving a bus in Blessington, Co. Wicklow yesterday evening.
A garda spokesperson told TheJournal.ie that the incident occurred at roughly 8pm but that the cyclist remained at the scene until after 10pm.
The N81/Baltinglass Road was closed southbound and northbound just south of Blessington following the collision but reopened overnight.
