Man (60s) Found Dead On Irish Roadside This Morning

The body of a man in his 60s was discovered on a roadside in Tuam, Co. Galway this morning. 

This discovery was made at approximately 10.50am on the N17. 

The body was brought to University College Hospital Galway where a post mortem will be carried out, an investigation into the death is pending. 

Gardaí in Tuam are appealing for any information related to this incident on the road between the Ballygaddy Road junction and the new roundabout on the N17 at Kilcloghans between 10.30pm yesterday Saturday, February 11 and 10am Sunday, February 12.
