The Urchin Bar is the Pantry at Cliff’s new venture on Ardmore beach, and looks like the dreamiest spot for a tipple in the sun.
Serving up signature cocktails and delicious rolls, sambos and wraps from local suppliers, this place is a must if you’re planning a trip to Ardmore. They’ve also teamed up with Ardmore Adventures to provide stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking if you fancy in taking in the scenery from the water.

Urchins is open til 11:30pm Monday to Saturday and 11pm on Sunday, so pack a few extra layers and sit back with a beer or cocktail and enjoy the sunset. It doesn’t get much more instagrammable than that, let’s be honest.
