Don Conroy was an absolute icon of our childhoods and taught us many important things – like how to draw and why owls are deadly.
He keeps a lower profile these days but we were delighted to see him back on our screens earlier today, doing what he does best.
The former RTÉ star popped up on our Facebook feed at lunch time as part of a live broadcast from Eatyard on Richmond Street.
He was announcing a couple of big headliners that have just been confirmed for the upcoming Beatyard festival, which takes place over the August Bank Holiday Weekend.
