Upon its cinematic release in 1993, Jurassic Park captivated moviegoers all over the world with its state-of-the-art special effects and terrifying dinosaur scenes.
Dr. John Hammond’s theme park dream may have fallen by the wayside a tad but the movie has definitely endured to this day. There was a time where we’d have to trudge to the local video shop in order to rewatch the Steven Spielberg classic or at least try and catch it on the telly. Well, those days are now gone.
Netflix UK & Ireland has confirmed that not only has the original Jurassic Park been added to the service but they’ve thrown The Lost World and Jurassic Park III sequels into the mix as well. Which is great because Jurassic Park III is one of the most hilarious hate-watches in the history of film. Yes, that’s the one where Dr. Alan Grant encounters a talking velociraptor in a dream and a mobile phone somehow manages to survive being eaten by a dinosaur.
Our scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should. But they did. They added the original Jurassic Park trilogy to Netflix.
