The sign informed people that local pubs were open as usual.

In the comments, it was confirmed that this sign can be found on the east end of South Mall in Cork.

The pubs it’s referring to is The Poor Relations and The Welcome Inn.

Having spent three years in Cork for college and having a penchant for a quiet drink, these two spots are daycent!
