PIC: This Girl’s Hilariously Patriotic Costume Might Have Already Won Halloween

We are always on the look out for gas Halloween costumes, but this one might be the best we have seen in a long time!

I thought I was deadly for planning as going as a Card Against Humanity with my friend, but this one definitely tops that. (You can totally steal that idea by the way; spread the Halloween joy!)

This photo is actually from last year, but Kaitlin recently shared the photo again to express what she knew was true; she would never top this brilliant Chucky Ár Lá  costume. Since sharing it, it has gone viral and it is easy to see why!
