Everybody knows what a Nespresso machine is thanks to some smart marketing using George Clooney and more importantly the way it changed the way people make coffee at home. Somabar is a new project which is aiming to do the exact same for cocktails. They’ve been working on this for 2 years and it is just about to go into production. The design is slick which is a plus given that this is going to sit in the kitchen and it is all controlled via an app which is slightly too handy This is all going to come down to the taste but if the end product is good enough I don’t see why people wouldn’t buy one of these for the home or in a couple of years you could see a premium version of this replacing a barman in a restaurant.
