Here is what you can watch during our first night of Level 5 restrictions…

While we’re sure you’ll all be watching the Borat sequel when it arrives tomorrow, until then you’ve got tonight’s viewing to plan out. And this is the best on the small screen for you enjoyment this evening!

The Book Thief – FilmFour – 6.25

Oscar-nominated drama based on the much-loved book about a young boy who steals books during the horrors of World War II Germany, and shares them with others who are in need of distractions from reality.

Mad Max – TCM – 9pm

The original adventures of Not-Sane Max stars Mel Gibson as a law man in Australia, just as civilisations around the world are on the brink of collapsing. A dark, violent thriller.

Hidden Figures – FilmFour – 9pm

Taraji P. Henson, Janelle Monae, and Octavia Spenser star in this true story about a group of female African-American mathematicians who served a vital role in NASA during the early years of the U.S. space program.

Battleship – ITV4 – 10pm

Liam Neeson, Taylor Kitsch, Alexander Skarsgard and Rihanna star in this mega-budget action movie, based on the board game, but has absolutely nothing to do with the board game, cos this is about big alien spaceships starting a fight with the US Navy.

Quadrophenia – TCM – 11.05pm

Ray Winstone and Sting star in this drama set in 1965 London, focusing on a young man who loses himself with his mod clique, scooter riding and drugs, only to be disappointed in the direction his life takes.
