Turn the phone off, put your feet up and get ready for a good old-fashioned action-adventure cheesefest.
One of Ballymena’s favourite sons, the one and only Mr. Liam Neeson, is the star of tonight’s Wednesday night movie on RTÉ 1.
You’ve watched Taken with awe, you’ve sat on the edge of your seat through Taken 2 and now it’s time to take in Taken 3.
The palm-sweating final part of the trilogy sees Neeson return as former CIA operative Brian Mills who is framed for the murder of his ex-wife Lenore when she is brutally killed just as the pair are starting to get pally again. We never said it wasn’t bloody intense.

To be fair, there’s no way it can beat this scene from the original.
