Netflix’s Bandersnatch Has Premiered And Here’s How Many Endings You Can Watch

Zoe

After more than a week of Twitter pandemonium, the first-ever interactive movie for adults has premiered on Netflix.

People all over the world have stayed up late, set alarms or woken this morning to find Black Mirror: Bandersnatch at their fingertips, and since watching the trailer yesterday I don’t blame them.

The best part? Each and every single viewer watching will be able to choose what happens next. The journeys you take are a direct result of your decisions.

No more Netlfix and chill it seems.

Netflix says, “There are choices to be made, challenges to overcome, dangers to encounter and, as always in life (and Black Mirror), consequences to be had. Choosing wisely could lead to triumph while taking the wrong path could end in disaster — but who’s to say what’s ‘right’ and ‘wrong,’ anyway? And fret not because once one experience comes to a close, you can — and should! — go back and make a new choice, alter the path of your story and maybe even change its outcome.”

I cannot wait to watch this. Or should I say play this? Either way, it’s gonna be something more than just watching tv.

Netflix director of product innovation Carla Engelbrecht realised that the company was onto something. “There is so much more that we can do than just linear television,” she said.

The one thing on all our minds – how many different endings are there? Netflix confirmed there are “five main endings with multiple variants of each,” though the streaming service are keeping their cards close to their chest. It sounds as though there is still a little bit of mystery and fans could uncover more.

Time to enter into the Bandersnatch black hole. Catch you on the flip side.
