Narrator Eoghan McDermott Issues Warning Ahead Of Love Island Australia Debut Tonight

In a week’s time, we are going to crown someone king and queen of Love Island, meaning they walk away with a cool €50,000.

However, that means that will also have to say goodbye to the show that has gripped the nation over the past couple of months.

It was announced mid-way through Love Island UK that the Australian version would also be broadcast on 3e.

And, that double dose of Love Island kicks off on Monday night, which will see Love Island AU start directly after the UK version finishes.

The show is narrated by our very own, Eoghan McDermott, and he took to Twitter on Monday to warn people to stick with the show and with his commentary because after a week or so, it’ll be all worth it and even better than the original.

The 2FM DJ said that:

“So Love Island Australia kicks off in Ireland tonight on 3e and I’m on narrator duty!

“After a soft start it explodes into high drama, stay with it.

“It also defo takes me a week or so to find the tone & everyone is used to Iain’s brilliance, no need to tell me.”

Well Eoghan, we think you’re going to be even funnier than Sterling. We can’t wait.
