This is extremely big news to come out of the villa but you can’t say that you weren’t surprised.
It has been confirmed that Samira Mighty has quit Love Island in order to be with Frankie Foster, who she was coupled up with before he was eliminated last week.
Apparently, she will tell contestants that she had a “little taste” of love with him and wants to see what could happen.
“I woke up this morning and I thought it’s my time to go”, she reveals to the other islanders.
She was only one of six original contestants left on the show which is now in its fifth week.
Samira was late in finding ‘love’ but that all changed when a new group of lads came in including Frankie.
Samira admits that she didn’t want to leave the villa but she was not happy being there without Frankie.
After sleeping on the decision, Samira finally knew it was time to go, telling the girls that:
“So my lovely beautiful girls, you guys know that I’ve had a really tough couple of days here recently and I’ve been umming and ahhing about leaving. I’ve not had any connection in here with anyone and I had a little taste of that with Frankie and it’s gone abruptly and I think I’d always be thinking ‘What if.’ I woke up this morning and I thought, it’s my time to go… I have to do this for me, I’ve never felt so strong.”
