This Is The Gruesomest Movie To Watch On Netflix This Friday The 13th

AmyBell

It’s almost ‘Friday the 13th’ and there is a lot of superstition around the renowned day.

Well, if you’re a fan of horror movies and fancy watching one leading up to the big date, this is without doubt the most gruesome and twisted horror to watch on Netflix.

I’m a big Stephen King fan and have been dying to watch the Netflix adaption of Gerald’s Game, so I sat down last night to watch the psychological horror on Netflix and oh boy, was I left traumatised.

The film directed by Mike Flanagan is based on King’s 1992 novel about a couple who decide to venture off to a secluded cabin in the woods to ‘spice up’ their marriage.

However, Jessie is left handcuffed to the bed during a sex game and oh, her husband, Gerald, suffers a heart attack and dies.

As you can imagine, that’s a pretty traumatic experience to go through, but Jessie cannot escape and weird things begin to happen.

I think I have quite a strong stomach, but one scene in particular left me horrified. When you see it, you will definitely know what scene I am talking about, and it has also been reported that some people actually passed out watching the scene.

Here are some of people’s reactions to ‘Gerald’s Game’:

Are you brave enough to watch it?
