The woman involved in the Garda porn video scandal has come out and since apologised to his partner, mentioning that she feels like “one of the most hated women in Ireland”.
According to Buzz.ie, Carla, otherwise known as Carla4Garda, uploaded several videos of her engaging in sexual acts with different members of the Defence Forces and a member of An Garda Síochána.
The video of the 35-year-old and the member of the Gardaí immediately went viral, sparking up national controversy. However, the Cork woman insisted that she had been completely unaware that the officer had a partner and child until the video had already been uploaded to Pornhub.
Speaking to the Sunday World, Carla said: “I’m having regrets. I’m one of the most hated women in Ireland right now after Joan Burton.”
She also mentioned that she may have to leave her home due to the growing controversy:
”I can’t stay there. My landlady said to me they were giving me notice to leave. I think it’s the sex scandal and the fact he was in a relationship.
They’re religious people. Though some people in Dunmanway have been really supportive.
I do want to apologise to his girlfriend. I did not know about the relationship and it must have been very traumatic for her to find out about it in this kind of way.
I only read it in the paper the next day that he had a partner. I spoke to him after and he said he wasn’t married but is in a long-term relationship. I said you are such a fool for doing that. ”The officer in question has since been identified and is currently on sick leave.
