Russell Brand Has Deemed This Irish Restaurant “A Culinary Utopia Full Of Beautiful People”

Now that’s high praise.

British TV personality Russell Brand was very impressed on a recent visit to Greystones restaurant, The Happy Pear, describing it as “a culinary utopia full of beautiful people”.

It’s no surprise the comedian chose the health haven for a bite to eat, having been a devoted vegetarian since the age of fourteen – and embracing veganism in 2014.

He took to Instagram to praise the restaurant:

The Happy Pear lads David and Stephen Flynn were chuffed with the shoutout, replying:

“Thanks so much for visiting! Keep up the fab work and being you! Hopefully see you again sometime.”

Russell is in Ireland filming the upcoming movie Four Kids – based on the Jaqueline Wilson novel of the same name.

Cheryl also has a cameo in the movie which tells the story of a gang of kids who meet a magical creature that grants wishes on a beach.

She jetted into Dublin last week to film her scenes.

Russell was named PETA’s sexiest vegetarian and previously said: “You shouldn’t eat animals, it’s mean to them.”
