A Documentary About One Of Ireland’s Most Shocking Murders Airs On TV Tonight

In October 2004, Ireland was stunned when the body of Rachel O’Reilly was found in her home in the Naul, Co. Dublin.

Her husband Joe, who appeared on the The Late Late Show in the interim alongside Rachel’s mother, was eventually charged and convicted with her murder after a lengthy trial which attracted widespread media attention.

An hour-long episode of Ireland’s Most Shocking Crimes will air tonight examining the infamous case and its aftermath. The programme will feature interviews with those involved in the case and originally aired last year.

Ireland’s Most Shocking Crimes will air tonight at 9pm on TV3.
