A Cork Café Is Giving Out A Free Book For Your Bus Journey With Every Coffee

Éadaoin Fitzmaurice

Long journeys are one of the few moments in life when I find myself with a free minute.

It’s an especially great time to finally dig into a book and take a step away from reality.

A Cork City café has introduced a “Little Travel Library” and I now think every coffee shop should jump on this idea.

Bus Shop Coffee, conveniently located beside the Aircoach stop is encouraging their customers to take a book or drop a book in when they’re getting their caffeine kick.

They said:

“Every journey needs a good book, thats why today we officially opened Bus Stop Books, our little travel libary. Take a book, leave a book or just return it after your trip and give us your review. So grab a coffee and a book, catch your bus and let the journey begin!”

Located on 11 St. Patricks Quay, this is the ideal spot to nab a latte before a long drive, it’s even better that you’ll also be provided with some free entertainment while you’re at it.

The cute café also stocks healthy snacks, salad pots, sambos and pastries.

Open from 6am from Monday-Sunday, even the early risers will be looked after.

Such a brilliant idea!
