PIC: The BBC Made A Major Error About Ireland Last Night

All we’ve been hearing since June of last year is ‘Brexit this’ and ‘Brexit that’ so we’re all pretty used to the idea of Britain leaving the European Union. 

Not so Ireland. We’re very much staying part of the EU but according to the BBC, we’re packing our bags along with our neighbours to the east.

Check out this map they showed last night which highlights the countries of the EU in red and for whatever reason they’ve left Ireland in grey. The gaffe was pointed out on Twitter by @rachelmarsmy
