We’re used to seeing Gogglebox Ireland’s Tully twins in relaxed fashion but yesterday’s Ulster Football Final has shown them in a different light altogether.
Like everyone else in Cavan, Neal and Fergal Tully are immensely proud after their county won the Ulster Football Championship for the first time since 1997 by beating Donegal on Sunday. The pair, who have been regular Gogglebox Ireland cast members since the show began in 2016, are known for their deadpan delivery on the show but yesterday the excitement naturally got the better of them.
Neal Tully shared a video to his Twitter page of his twin brother Fergal struggling to contain himself as he watched the final few seconds of the action at the Athletic Grounds in Armagh…

Meanwhile, Neal was stranded in Dublin but still managed to toast the historic win…

Next up for Cavan and the Tully twins is a fairly daunting All-Ireland semi-final clash with champions Dublin, which will take place on Saturday, December 5. With the Dubs chasing six-in-a-row, Cavan will be under no illusions as to how tough it will be to beat them but with the support of the Tullys and the rest of the Breffni County, you just never know.
They couldn’t… could they?
