The Cork Jazz is a WILD weekend and by god have we missed it. This weekend The Jazz was welcomed back with open arms by the Rebels and blow-ins (like my good self) alike. We all know that a good jazz weekend can take a liiiiittle bit of time to recover from, and this new local smoothie spot is making sure all bases are covered.
Cool, refreshing smoothie to soothe the head? Check. Looks like our favourite pint? Check. A healthy dose of goodness after a weekend of gallivanting? Check.
No Sins Smoothie in the Marina Market are serving up this masterpiece, aptly named A Pint of Plain. It contains activated charcoal to help ‘remove toxins from the gut’ and black maca which is said to boost ‘both energy and mood’.

If the smoothie pint doesn’t do it for you, you can also find some delicious fruit smoothies and those ever Instagrammable açai bowls. You’ll find these guys open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week in Cork’s Marina Market.
