The 2 Johnnies are bringing the show on the road to Cork

The country’s favourite comedy duo, The 2 Johnnies, is heading to Cork.

Announcing the news this morning, the twosome revealed that they will take to the stage for a show at Live at the Marquee.

Made up of Johnny B O’Brien and Johnny Smacks McMahon from Tipperary, their podcast covers everything from the GAA to the local parish news.

Best known for their comedy sketches and songs, their unique take on what it is to be innately Irish has catapulted them to nationwide fame.

Touring ‘The 2 Johnnies Podcast-Summer Jam’, they’ll bring their “madness & mayhem” south for the biggest Irish Live Podcast show ever. Their first countrywide tour, it comes fresh off the back of sell-out shows in Dublin and LA alike.

Boasting an impressive eight million views on their YouTube channel, The 2 Johnnies Podcast has sat at number one in the Irish podcast charts for 38 consecutive weeks.

Described as a mix of Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway meets Prime Time meets the Fleadh Cheoil live on stage, the show promises laughter and craic in equal measure.

Taking to the stage at Live at the Marquee on May 30th 2020, tickets go on sale this Friday at 10am.
