This Hollywood Star Is Holidaying In Ireland And She’s Absolutely Lovin’ The Place

seank

When you live in a country all your life, it’s easy to take your home for granted, but thankfully we have foreign celebrities to remind us what we’ve got.

We’ve eaten up praise in recent times from the likes of Star Wars’s Mark Hamill and The Punisher’s Jon Bernthal, but we have to say that we’re especially happy to have our country loved by the legend that is Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

Best known for her starring role in the iconic sitcom Seinfeld, these days Louis-Dreyfus can be seen giving Emmy-winning performances in the comedy series Veep.

Last year the 57-year-old actress was diagnosed with breast cancer, but she finished her treatment recently and, to celebrate, she decided to go on holidays with her husband Brad Hall.

First stop was Hawaii, then Cork. And, as you can tell from her Instagram captions, she seems to be smitten with our little island…

“Colorful Ireland. I absolutely love it here.”

“Drombeg Stone Circle. Turns out the Druids knew what they were doing. Amazing Ireland.”

“On the way to Bere Island for biking. Lovely Ireland.”

“I’m nuts for this wonderful country. And the lovely people who live in it. #amazingireland”

See? We told you Ireland was class.
